I’m Oliver Steele-Perkins, Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) with 25+ years experience delivering complex residential build projects across London & the South East.
I created Homebuilding Essentials because too many homeowners start their building projects without the structure, sequencing, or knowledge they need to stay in control.
